I would like the option of adding a topper to the mattress, and know whether there was a tv in my specific trailer. And I only saw 1 and 1/2 rolls of TP. I’m soo glad I brought my own rv safe tp.

Furthermore, thank you for your questions and comments:
*Next year I will make sure that a topper is placed on your mattress.
*Unfortunately, your trailer is the single trailer without a TV - we manage it for another owner and they have declined putting one in. I checked and we did not advertise that it had a TV - although, hindsight being 20/20 - maybe we should make renters aware that there is NO TV.
*Regret the absence of 2- FULL Rolls of Septic Safe TP.

The floors were completely dirty.
The screen door we had to fix ourselves because it was broken, missing screws. Had to call a door guy to fix it.

Dear Christian,Please allow me to express my most sincere apologies for the issues that you and your family had to contend with amidst your most recent trip.
Rather than communicate a bunch of excuses, we failed to properly prepare your trailer and for that we will discount/credit the Mandatory prep fee of ($200). Additionally, I have set up a ($150) credit on your profile to use if you choose to book with us next year. It is our hope that you will.
We absolutely appreciate your loyalty and have enjoyed servicing you and your small group over the years. Furthermore, we pride ourselves on delivering a higher level of service and attention than you received.
Understand that we will give the items you mentioned the appropriate attention, so that other renters will not be inconvenienced similarly.

We had truly excellent service for our whole trip. The Rv was just as advertised - clean, comfortable, and fully set up. Dwayne was incredibly helpful.

The RV was clean and in good working order. We accidentally locked ourselves out and they quickly came to our aid and unlocked it for us. Dwayn is very friendly and easy to work with.

Stay was great as usual. Though 2 items need some repair. The bathroom vent won’t open and the stove fan does not turn on.
