My wife and I rented the GEO 19FD for 10 days and stayed at 6 different locations in Utah. The camper was very comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Jess had it well stocked with everything we could possibly need. At pick up in Flagstaff she had everything laid out and gave the best tutorial and instructions I’ve ever experienced. The hitch equipment, electric, water and waste is top of the line which made setting up and taking down between campsites quick and easy. Communication from reservation through to the return of the camper was superb. Elevated Camping is top notch. With so many great locations to visit in the Arizona/Utah area we’re already planning a return trip and will definitely rent from Jess again.

This is our 2nd time rent with Jess. She does everything right and she wants to make sure that you have a great experience. If you’re considering renting from her don’t hesitate with your reservation , just do it she will make sure you have a great experience.

We had an amazing experience renting from Jess! When we realized we needed a generator, she went out of her way to help find one. Even though we didn’t end up using it, her effort was much appreciated. Jess set up everything at the campsite, was super communicative, and made the whole rental smooth. Highly recommend her for a stress-free and pleasant experience!

We rented a teardrop trailer from Jessica for a full two weeks, and it was hands-down one of the smoothest rental experiences we’ve had. From the first inquiry, her communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely helpful — she answered every question before we even had to ask twice, and checked in periodically throughout our trip without being intrusive.

Trailer was clean. Had everything ready. Was an easy pick up and drop off. The walk through on pick up was really detailed. Will be renting again but her bigger trailer.

Jess was a great host! She responded quickly to all my pre-trip questions about the trailer and local dispersed camping areas. Pick-up and drop-off were super easy. The TC Teardrop was awesome! Easy to tow, well equipped, and very comfortable (I especially liked the heated mattress pad!). It made the perfect homebase for the long weekend. I definitely recommend Elevated Camping!

Jess was amazing!! We rented the Cedar Ridge teardrop for 3 nights. She was more than willing to accommodate us in any way she could, even beyond what the rental site offers. The trailer is exactly, if not more than, what we expected.
We did have a rough night for one reason only ... the mattress (for us) was like sleeping on a board. We got absolutely no sleep. I called Jess the next morning pretty discouraged because we wanted to continue our trip, but our backs and especially my wife’s hips were killing her. Honestly, we’ve had better sleep on an air mattress, and those aren’t great either.
All that said, without any discussion or negotiating, she immediately offered to refund the remaining nights and apologized profusely. To be fair, we were the first ones to complain about the mattress, so maybe we’re just the odd ones out. Either way, she said she’s going to start offering “mattress options” if we come back. Who knows, maybe she’ll roll that out across the board but the fact that she was immediately willing to do that for us was incredible.
Without question, we’ll be back to rent the exact same trailer and likely take her up on those options. Can’t speak highly enough about Jess or how she runs things.
