Hi Guys
As you know we had a few hiccups
The really good part of all that was your response. Although I’m sure you all had input my contact Jon was always easy to make contact with and did his best to rectify the issues.
All up guys although I can’t give you 5 stars for the total experience. Your combined responses deserve 5 stars.
I’m sure a few lessons were learned and checks put in place to ensure future guests a 5 star experience.
All the best to all of you in your ventures and future life.

Owner was easy to work with and RV was very clean! Although the oven and microwave did not work at all and the refrigerator shut off 3 times over the weekend. Generator also had a broken ground wire. I also believe the black water tank monitor was broken as we dumped it and it still read 3/4 full - like it did when we picked it up. Would recommend checking all appliances to ensure they are in working order prior to leaving pickup location for future customers.

They are amazing!! We were first time RVer’s, they showed us how to use everything in the RV, it was very simple. The RV was in great condition, very clean, it ran great and we had no issues at all. Highly recommend Diamond Peak RV, first class people and company.

We had a great experience with Diamond Peak! The camper was perfect for our family and Curt and Eric were very easy to work with. They were able to make accommodations for our schedules and were great communicators. We will definitely use diamond peak again!

Host was fantastic. It was our first time so we didnt know anything about RVs but they kindly explained everything. The RV was well equipped,clean,easy to use and super comfortable. Definitely recommend these guys.

Great people to work with. Easy meet up and info session to run through the RV. RV was clean and we purchased the travel pack add ons for camp chairs, linens, towels, dump fees, kitchen stuff. 10/10 recommend.
