The trailer is well equipped to support a family of four. Everything was very clean, and the surfaces all felt very fresh. The beds had mattress protectors, flannel sheets, a blanket and more than enough pillows for us. The kitchen was setup well for four people, including cooking pots / pans, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, and miscellaneous equipment. It is important to share that the trailer is showing a few signs of wear (likely from prior rentals). We experienced issues of the door only closing securely when operating the deadbolt and the battery did not hold a charge long (Host mentioned they planned to replace once we notified them).
The host was always quick to respond during booking, provided a thorough training during trailer pick-up, was patient with us being new to trailer life, and available when we had questions or issues.

I can say that she has everything needed in regards to the complete hook-up of the RV! Very cozy for 2 people. This was our first time, and we’re glad that it worked out and went well! Erika was kind enough to show us how everything works and placed considering this was our first time RV trailer users 😊

Do not book with Erika!
Erika up the rental charge twice on me. The second time she waited just a few weeks before my trip to cancel the reservation, when asked why Erika responded with I’m now asking for more money.
