I’m so sorry you didn’t feel like you had a 5 star experience. We always strive for 5 stars and happy campers! If there was an issue we would have come out to fix the problem and make things right with you. We cannot fix a problem if we don’t know there is one. We hope you still had a great holiday weekend!

Our trailer rental went exactly as hoped. We picked up our trailer and were given detailed information about all important features. The Sonic trailer included all necessary accessories for our three day trip, including cooking and eating utensils. Cleaning supplies were provided, too. Shelley was very patient to explain everything and answer questions. The result was a wonderful camping experience for us. Shelley was willing to go out of her way to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend Family Fun RV Rental to anyone. They have a nice variety of trailer sizes to pick from and will work hard to be sure you have a good experience.
