Fireside RV exceeded our expectations. Their communication was top‑notch, and they were incredibly flexible with our schedule. George deserves special mention — he responds to texts almost instantly and always provides clear, accurate information. The 2023 Class C Forester we rented was in great condition, clean, and very easy to use. Everything was exactly as advertised, and we were thrilled with the entire experience. Highly recommend Fireside RV to anyone looking for a smooth, stress‑free rental.

Small family owned business. Great people to work with. Extremely friendly and helpful. Respond quickly and even helped with last minute changes without issue. Clean, well maintained equipment. Highly recommend!!

Well, he started off with us not even knowing if we were getting the rental. We kept being reassured four and five hours after the time it was supposed to be delivered and that was their time not the time they agreed to it was actually 7 1/2 hours after the time they actually agreed to to be delivered. It was extremely stressful embarrassing. We were sitting there. We paid more than we ever did to basically be slightly misled about the sizing of it. It says private space for the adults separate bunk room for kids. It is not a separate bunk room. It is a bunk in the same room at the parents. There was a water leak. it wasn’t clean I mean, I could go on and on. It’s not necessary. They did in fact refund part of the money but only for the $300 delivery fee because it wasn’t delivered correctly and I was surprised it even came nothing that was supposed to have actually been done which they had months to repair was done. It was a really bad experience all the way around we are owed one night for the inconvenience had the stress and the prep fee minimally. I run Airbnb‘s on the coast and had I done this to a client. They would be calm the entire weekend the fact that I have to write a bad review is stunning how they just refunded what was the basic prep fee delivery fee and one night it would not have come to this so I heavily hearted hope that nobody else has to go through this with this company. They had months to prepare for a very big thing.

During high-volume periods, adjustments like this can occur to ensure each unit is properly handled before transport. Your unit was delivered and set up the same day so your reservation could proceed.
* Refund Request: In your communication, you requested the $300 delivery/setup fee “if not more.” We honored the full $300 refund immediately, as requested, which is documented.
* Listing & Approval: The unit’s layout and sleeping arrangements were accurately represented in the listing, including photos that were available and reviewed prior to booking.
* Water Concern: The issue involved an outdoor shower connection that became loose during transport. It was identified and corrected, and this unit has a consistent history of successful rentals.
* Services Provided: In addition to the $300 refund, we also:
* Provided a nightly rate adjustment
* Included a complimentary camper package ($75 value)
* Completed tank dump and fresh water refill ($106 value) at no charge
* Addressed items onsite so the reservation could continue as scheduled

We met Paul at our site in Huntington Beach SP who was setting up our trailer when we arrived. He informed us that the black tank drain wasn’t working. He then asked us what we wanted to do ?? The only option provided us was to call a mobile Rv service company to fix it on site. We would be responsible for paying with the hope that the host would reimburse us. We declined and proceeded to use the public bathroom for the duration of our vacation and use the black tank for nighttime only. What proceeded was a daily email or text regarding a request made on our behalf by outdoorsy to fireside Rv (host) . The resolution was a $300 credit. The daily update on the status of the credit was annoying and unnecessary. In addition to the black tank drain they also didn’t provide items that we requested. A beach cart and griddle.
We owned a travel trailer for 10 years and loved traveling with it. We were hoping this would allow us to continue RVing without the hassle of owning one. This experience was way more stressful than owning one.

11139458 reservation number. Left days early unlocked, torn awning that could not be used, water leak from both sinks that multiple repairman were unable to stop, water hose held together by duct tape, not long till it started leaking everywhere. Basically 2 days, or the most of 2 days with no water, broken fire alarm, no tv reception because no power booster for antenna . Couldn't get anyone to answer the numbers I had until I went to campground owner she gave me one to the only person who would answer the phone, I believe she was from another branch, had a Tennessee number. I have had campers for so many years but my husband had a stroke and I didn't want to pull mine to Alabama. So I paid $2200 for 5 nights to have it set up and taken down and delivered. Should have been so easy. Worried about my husband slipping in the water ( fall risk) stress from traveling and arriving with a very unprepared for rental camper. Really? Duct tape? After the last guy left and we leaked again a friend fixed just by tightening the pea traps! Nobody was wanting to talk to me again. Nightmare people! Of course I come home and call to ralk about it...no answer or return phone call . Unbelievable 11139458

Finding a luxury RV rental that allows out-of-state travel isn’t easy, which is why our experience with Fireside RV Rental stood out. We had a work event that required our team to be on-site, and an RV was the best solution—and Fireside delivered.
