Overall a good experience, we appreciated Gateway being so easy to rent from. Since we've already stayed in RV's before it was optional for us to be present or not for drop off & pick up. Since we were driving in from another State this took off the pressure of us arriving at a specific time or having to wait for pick up. The RV was dropped off on time and was there waiting for us when we arrived. So easy!

This RV was wonderful. Everything shown in the pictures and more. The customer service was great. We had a special request as to how we wanted to set up the RV and they were very quick and happy to comply. Made our trip very enjoyable. I would TOTALLY recommend Gateway RV and this particular RV for any trip. The outdoor kitchen is an extra nice touch.

I had a fantastic experience with the owners and the RV. The RV itself had everything we needed, was very clean, and comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to my questions. Additionally the owners were flexible with us when we had a family death and had to change our trip dates last minute. We will absolutely be renting this RV again! Thank you!

They delivered and picked up as agreed. We had some mechanical issues with the leveling jacks and the awning, but they took care of is when they could.

Jordan gave us all the information we needed in preparation for our trip. He was very accomodating when our plans changed due to bad weather. The camper was SO NICE. Very clean, dishes, extra sheets and pillows. Air conditioning worked great. Loved having a tv in the evenings to catch the olympics. ;) We felt very comfortable. We will definitely book another trip with gateways.

Great trailer! Had it delivered and they had it all setup and ready to go for us at the campground. Communication was great - fast responses anytime I had a question leading up to our trip.

Wonderful rv for our weekend trip. We had 5 people and all slept comforts. We were supplied with everything we needed. Even firewood! We will be booking this rv again!
