We had a great experience. The person that gave us the instructions on the unit we rented was very through. I would definitely rent again.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Mrs. Judy and Mr. Tom are on top of the game and everything went fantastic.

Always a pleasure renting from Giant RV. This trip went perfectly. Pick up was quick and easy. Brand new RV was ready to go. It had 1200 total miles on it. Drove great. Drop off was quick and easy. Zero issues.

We had an excellent experience with Giant Recreation. It was our first motorhome trip, and the employee was impeccably helpful in teaching us all the functions and procedures. The vehicle was new and very well equipped. Upon return, we were not surprised by any hidden or malicious charges in the contract; we only paid for what was clearly agreed upon. We will certainly take other RV trips and will definitely use Giant Recreation's services again.

Loved the experience from beginning to end. Pick up was a breeze and the training was fantastic. Aside from a few small issues with the rv itself that we could easily work around, the trip was amazing. Looking forward to the next one.
