Setting up the reservation online was easy.
The pickup process/education was helpful to know the specifics of the rv we were renting even though we had previously owned an rv so knew the basics.
When turning in the rv all potential charges were explained (tolls, dump fees etc) and the process was very smooth.
The final charges and deposit being returned were also completed in a timely manner.

Helpful staff and good upfront pricing. Camping using the RV had us in the lap of luxury.

Always a pleasure renting from Giant RV. This trip went perfectly. Pick up was quick and easy. Brand new RV was ready to go. It had 1200 total miles on it. Drove great. Drop off was quick and easy. Zero issues.

We had an excellent experience with Giant Recreation. It was our first motorhome trip, and the employee was impeccably helpful in teaching us all the functions and procedures. The vehicle was new and very well equipped. Upon return, we were not surprised by any hidden or malicious charges in the contract; we only paid for what was clearly agreed upon. We will certainly take other RV trips and will definitely use Giant Recreation's services again.
