No more moving hotels and no more rental cars! Set yourself up with an RV and explore the Great outdoors with your family! Easy to work with and great communication. Don't hesitate to bring your 2-year-old. We and everyone we know now have our preferred way to travel and see the world. Thanks Great lake RV! WE'LL BE BACK SOON! RV Great Lakes provided a great rental. They deliver exactly what is promised. The RV was clean and everything inside is in like new condition. They make sure you understand and can operate all systems on the RV before you drive away with it. The pick up and return was super easy. They provide a great RV experiance. I would definately rent from RV Great Lakes again. Highly recommend!

I appreciated that they provided a fully stocked RV with all sorts of supplies so all we needed to bring was ourselves, clothes, and food. Kitchen tools, cleaning supplies, chairs, clean bedding, clean towels, everything was provided. The Mercedes Sprinter RV drives nicely and gets great fuel economy. The rooftop solar is enough to keep the fridge going without being plugged in or running the generator. The only negative I'd mention with this unit is the shower and toilet area are quite tight, smaller than I've seen in other class Cs. If you're a bigger person, that might be a concern.As far as the rental experience, they made sure I knew how to operate everything in the RV and was comfortable driving it before sending me on my way. The full service drop off option was great, I didn't need to spend vacation time finding someplace to dump the tanks, fill the propane, wash the bedding, etc... I was able to just bring the camper back as-is. That is an extra cost option but was worth it in my opinion.

Nice enough owners. However, 1-1/2 hour prep / orientation was not anticipated upon pick up, including road test and a fuel stop. As a seasoned RV person, I expected that the motorhome would be ready to go. Unit performed well on the road and served our needs when camping. Upon return, know that mileage includes a few extra (chargeable) miles to fuel up. Cannot return unit full of fuel. The owners have been burned. So, us honest folks need to spend more time upon drop off to do another fuel stop. If you are new to RVing and renting, this is a good option. As noted, nice owners. However, our return experience was disappointing with extra charges for a broken refrigerator bar that broke upon first use. Who knows how many prior uses. Nickel and dime expenses passed along to renters. Make sure you spend way more time than you ought to dumping tanks or you will get dinged $89 for another dumping fee. Probably not going to be a repeat renter from RV Great Lakes.

We loved renting from RV Great Lakes!! Flexible and easy to work with, the rigs are well equipped and very user friendly even for people with zero prior RV experience. The orientation is thorough and not unlike other orientations we have experienced with private rental companies. They will customize your experience for you- just ask!

From start to finish Erik and Carolina provided an excellent, personal experience for me, a low time motorhome renter. Their 24โ€˜ Vita unit was clean and in great condition, just like the photos on line. They are very thorough in their RV prep and customer training. They even have on line videos to get you up to speed on all aspects of the unit before arriving for in person orientation when you pick up. EVERYTHING is provided (for cooking, cleaning, paper products) for you to have a great vacation. Just bring your own food and beverages. I highly recommend RV Great Lakes and would definitely rent with them again.

Great people to deal with renting the RV. They went over all the functions in great detail. Beautiful camper. Had everything you needed to just drive away and have fun. Refrigerator, A/C, onboard Generator, Inverter, Roku TV. It was so nice to have a toilet when needed while traveling and in the middle of the night. It was also so nice to have a bed to sleep on whenever you wanted. The slide out made this RV really enjoyable to have.

Can't say enough great things about Carolina and Erik. They were accomodating and flexible when our schedules changed. They did a fantastic job of teaching us the ins and outs of the RV so we felt confident on the road. And not on that but the VITA is a JOY to drive and so comfortable and peppy. One of the sites we stayed at, the owners shouted when they saw us and said "that's the exact model my husband's been dreaming of!"Be sure to book with them and you won't regret it!

We had an amazing RV adventure out west with this RV from RV Great Lakes. The owners were so very helpful ahead of time answering all our questions (we had many...from how hard are the beds to does it have Android Auto) as we were first time RV'rs. I highly recommend watching their videos ahead of time at least two or three times before you pickup. It made it so much easier to know at pickup what was what. I admit I was very nervous about all the procedures but after a day or two our family got into a routine and knew what to do. I recommend assigning a task to each person to help at hook up. My son was in charge of electric and picnic set up. My husband did the water and sewer. My daughter and I did the inside including the slide out and awning and getting things unpacked each night.This RV is top of the line! It's a Mercedes after all ๐Ÿ‘ It handled so well for us in the mountains and all the time. We had rented it for 12 days and enjoyed every minute in this beautiful RV. It was clean, comfortable and had lots of storage for our various items. Our family of 4 including two teenagers fit well in it but I certainly would not recommend any more than 4. I had bought mattress toppers in anticipation of the beds not being very cushiony. I am so glad I did. Except for the movement you feel as others move around we slept very well. On the third day we finally figured out the stabilizers and used them going forward.All the supplies you could need are included. You can see the lists on their website. I did end up bringing our own items as I hadn't checked the lists first. So save yourself some time. They have very nice items to use and packed up in containers for you.If you are thinking of renting an RV for a family trip be sure to rent local and from RV Great Lakes. They will do everything they can to ensure you have an amazing vacation!All the photos on their website are very good at showing you the details of the RV. I've added some photos though to show where we took little Vita for 12 days in August. It was an adventure and a family vacation we will never forget. Thank you RV Great Lakes for making it happen!!!

This was a great place to rent from, the staff were super helpful. Carolina gave us though review of how to run everything . Mini how to RV lesson . If there was anything we were not sure about we just pulled up the videos on there website. Could not be happier with this rental! This is the only picture we took but it does not reflect how the rest of us felt about camping.

When we rented the RV from RV Great Lakes, it was the first time for our family to go on vacation using an RV. Carolina and Eric were extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything in great detail. The RV was in such great shape and fully equipped with everything you possibly need during the trip - very convenient.
