What an amazing trip, RV was exactly what we were looking for. Bill, the RV owner, was extremely nice, knowledgable, and he walked us through how everything worked prior to our trip. We would definitely rent from him again and can confidently recommend this RV to others. Bill was responsive to texts and prepped the RV well; it had everything we needed (dishes, towels, etc). Everything on the RV functioned as expected and the smart control displays made it super easy... like using a smart phone. We camped at a site without elec/water/waste hookups - but it was not a problem. We used the generator far less than expected and the propane-driven fridge worked well. Monitoring clean/waste water levels was easily done via the smart display. Bill showed us how to dump the waste water safely (he provided gloves and all the necessary connectors) and it was a non-issue. We simply looked up a site in our destination town that had dump facilities.. were in and out of there in 15 minutes. We were especially thankful that Bill allowed us to bring our older black lab; she loved the adventure and got to join us for hikes in the mountains! Thanks to Bill for sharing his RV with us and helping us make great memories.
