The refrigerator never got to temp. So that was inconvenient. Front levelers didn’t work so trailer rocked when walking. Staff was attentive when I called. But couldn’t fix anything for my weekend. I’m not mad, but I probably won’t rent again.

We do apologize about the fridge not being cold enough, but you never said anything about it during our multiple conversation during your rental, it was a simple defrosting issue we could have resolved very quickly for you. We do apologize the electric part of the stabilizer didn't work, but we did tell you where the crank handle was located to use them manually. We appreciate your stay and hope you continue to camp even if it's not with us!

The camper was very nice and felt clean and taken care of. We did have some license registration issues and the location for pickup and drop off is farther than we expected as it’s out of town but other than that it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

It was the best way to spend time together without a drive to a hotel. The only thing that I gave 4stars for was cleanliness- floors were pretty dirty as well as the shower and the black water tank said it was 1/3 full when we started- not sure if that was correct but it did fill up before we were done.

The RV rented more than met our needs. It could have been a little cleaner but I am a picky old guy. Dylan, our host, was top notch. We would rent from Dylan again.

The host was very nice and helpful when needed. The motor home was nice and what expected. Reason for 4 stars is could of been cleaner when picked up and storage could be organized better so renter could have more room for there stuff. But all in all good rental. Would rent again.

Very comfortable and clean. Wonderful communication with the owner. We didn’t even need to be present for the set up and take away so really made our travel arrangements simple.

We were very happy with the camper and with the ease of pick up and drop off. They were very nice to work with and easy to get a hold of with any questions.

We had the trailer delivered to our camp site, When we arrived, we found the water connection was loose and water was spraying all over the outside back of the trailer, thankfully it was an easy fix. The refrigerator was warm, and we were able to turn it on, but did not hear it running and was not sure if it was running. We were advised to get a couple bags of ice and place in the fridge and freezer to help it cool down. Thankfully this too was an easy fix however, we feel it should have been cold already.
As we walked around the inside of trailer the back seemed bouncy, we went outside and found the back jacks were lowered but were not even close to touching the ground. We had to go find some blocks and wood to put under the jacks. We were thankful we found the materials to fix this. We truly believe that the trailer should have been properly leveled.
Halfway into the week the grey water tank backed up into the bathtub. Given it was just my wife and I staying in the trailer to sleep and each only took one shower, it leads me to believe the tanks were not emptied before being brought out to us.
This required us to break everything down to take the trailer to the dump site to empty the grey and black tanks. Not a fun thing to do and thank goodness we had a truck to pull the trailer.
