My group of friends and I had great weekend, the only thing that kind of made the trip little uncomfortable was not knowing that once your rent a generator the gasoline is not provided, so we found out after asking the host, (I think that should’ve been told at the time of adding a generator as an extra fee) that the gasoline is not provided for the whole weekend so we had to go out from the venue and find a gas station and we bought gasoline tanks as well because the RV didn’t have a gasoline tank to keep feeding the generator. Also the AC, wasn’t strong enough or vents weren’t providing enough air to keep the whole RV cool.
We left a new gasoline tank for the RV to keep, it might be helpful for other renters and not have to buy a $50 tank for extra gasoline.
Other than that all was well.

I'VE RENTED FROM THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND IVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEM TIL THIS LAST TRIP.
I'LL START OFF WITH, I MADE A RESERVATION IN FEB 2026 ON A 2015 GRAND DESIGN BECAUSE IT WAS ABLE TO FIT MY FAMILY ON OUR VACATION, NOTHING CHANGED TIL I HAD TO PAY THE REMAINING FEE'S THAT WERE DUE DAYS PRIOR TO MY TRIP. WHEN I CHECKED MY RESERVATIONS THEY SWITCHED THE TRAILER ON ME AND DIDNT UPDATE ME AND SHOWED UP WITH A COMPLETLY DIFFERENT TRAILER. I ASKED THE DELIVERY GUY AND HE SAID I JUST DELIVER. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE THIS YEAR. I DONT KNOW IF I'LL USE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
A COUPLE OTHER ISSUES THAT I WASNT HAPPY ABOUT, WAS THE SET UP! I PAY A PREP FEE, IT SHOULD BE PREP PROPERLY. THANKFULLY I CORRECTED EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE. **TRAILER WASNT LEVEL WHEN THE DRIVER SAID IT WAS. ***THE FRIDGE DIDNT WORK INSIDE THE TRAILER. **THERE WAS ANTS IN THE BUNK ROOM. *** ALL THE NOBS FOR THE VENTS WERE BROKEN, SO WE COULDNT KEEP THE TRAILER COLD WITH THE AC.
COMMUNICATION WOULD HAVE TURNED THIS REVIEW IN A POSITIVE BUT I BELIEVE THEY DIDNT CARE. I HOPE THEY REACH OUT ABOUT MY CONCERNS.

We had a fantastic trip! The camper was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Everything was set up when we arrived, which let us jump right into vacation mode. We’d definitely rent from Roman again!

Dealing with the host was good, Roman answered all emails promptly. The RV was very spacious, and all equipment was in good working order. The bed cushions need to be replaced with thicker pads. We had to go buy an air mattress because the pad was too thin. The pads on the bunk beds were also too thin. There was a broom, but no dustpan. Only 1 roll of toilet paper came with RV. Both refrigerators in back were turned down too far to cool drinks. The gas was turned off. The septic hose was not set up properly, did not drain well, and eventually backed up. These are simple items, but if someone is not familiar with camping this can be a problem. RV should be ready to move in and use, that's the whole point of paying for the delivery and setup. We would suggest that outdoorsy.com would have a list of the most common items supplied in each RV: such as garbage cans (kitchen & bathroom), good mattresses, cleaning supplies, TP, large enough pans, etc. Our RV slept 10 but the pans were small.

Bed mattresses aren’t the comfiest, but I called and he came right over with a new foam topper. Good communicator.

The people at Moses Lake RV were awesome to work with. Our trailer was at the site and set up for us when we arrived. It was roomy and comfortable. Only complaint is that the outside of the trailer was filthy and the inside was sort of clean but wasn’t as clean as I expected .
