We had a great experience renting the RV trailer. It was clean and well-maintained, and the delivery service was on time and convenient. We would definitely rent again.

Staying in the RV was fun. The bed was comfortable and if you’re using it just for sleeping its great! With the price though, I feel like a hotel room would be a better option for travellers. I didnt find any pillows or blankets, there was no hand soap, no toilet paper. Be prepared to bring a couple things when renting this. Im no expert, but i feel like the septic tank had not been emptied since there was a strong excrement smell without the fan + ac turned on at all times. A portable potty isnt ideal for sleeping.

A forest fire disrupted the trip on night two of six. We were ordered to evacuate. The owner retrieved the RV, and subsequently cancelled the reservation without offering any reimbursement or alternative.
He was unresponsive to several messages left on the Outdoorsy platform, and charged us a cleaning fee for an unswept floor (no broom supplied, limited time to clean given the natural disaster.)

Rental was with OK RV Rentals. Service was excellent, my only complaint the trailer could have been cleaner. We would rent from them again.

We booked an RV through Outdorssy in Kelowna for a Week. The RV was not ready on time nor was it particularly clean or sanitized, found underwear on the corner of the bed!! Fridge and freezer weren't turned on and it was 35 degrees and we had the food ready to load. We got extra charged for extra mileage up front, but did not used them. We never received a final invoice, were we ended up being over charged 166$ for the extra mileage. We were also charched sani dump, but did never used it!! I called and texted the owner and the business were we picked up the unit several times with no response over a tree week period. I finally reached "Horst" from Outdorssy and he solved the issue right away with my credit.
Got to be bad for Outdorssy's reputation doing business with these Clowns.

We were given a tire that had 4”x12” tread missing. With no heads up I didn’t notice this tire until Merritt. I then had to proceed to change the tire in a parking lot.

There was nothing wrong with tires at all an in fact had been un for full check and new fronts were swapped.
so you must of torn on a pot hole or crack in road while travelling the connector that is full of bad spots.
You also caught the back corner on a yellow pole and tore the side open an snapped the marker light off also
Wish I could post pics so that at least shows what kind of damage you did to the trailer.
The entire rental doesn’t even come close to paying for all the damages Then you make a bad review to make up for all that yet

Good RV, but wish the service was better. I would expect the RV and fridge to be cool at pickup time, not 40 degrees because it was sitting in a hot parking lot all day.

Unit was clean and available on short notice. We were desperate to find a trailer as ours broke down. Advertised as a 23SL, the trailer only measured 19ft and the sticker on the trailer had a 19 in its actual description. The propane ran out after the first day even though we were told it was full and must be returned full, which we did. It was so poorly stocked we had to go to Walmart to buy supplies. No toaster. Terrible saucepan with no lid. Crappy plastic dishes. Two glass mugs. Water heater didn’t work. Not allowed to use the awning. Not sure who they are saving it for. Charged roughly $1100.00 per week. Would never rent from them again.

Everything worked fine. Good booking and delivery/return process. Vehicle nice and clean and fully equipped. No surprises is the best surprise.
