Very good experience with our rental. Anna was very helpful from the moment we booked the trip to dropping it off. She answered any questions we had and did an excellent job going over the options in the icehouse prior to leaving. We will definitely be back for years to come.

We have rented from Outlet Recreation several times. The people are friendly to work with and the campers have been clean and in good shape. We plan to rent from them again.

We have been long time renters from Outlet Rec and have always had great service with travel trailer rental. Anna is a great resource for all the rental needs at Outlet Rec, from pickup to drop off always willing to help make sure the trip goes as smooth as possible. Excellent! Unit was very clean, pristine and no issues. Wish it had some linens and maybe a coffee maker, but no biggy. Overall, great experience and would happily rent again!
