Chad's van kept us comfortable and provided for on our week long camping trip through southern AZ. He took the time to explain the systems to us, including letting us know that the heating pump does knock. On chilly mornings, that was evident, but we were warm and the water was hot.

RV was fantastic for what we were looking for! Drove well, easy to navigate, and slept 4 comfortably. We needed the heater and that worked really well while the generator itself was really quite and charged quickly. Would recommend for a weekend stay and might suggest finding a spot with a view for the pop up!

Great trip all around. The vehicle was everything as advertised and well maintained. Chad was helpful and accommodating.. He took the time to demonstrate and explain all of the features and includes many amenities others don't.

Chad was great to work with and responded quickly. I would highly recommend working with him to others. The RV was clean and had all the extras we needed (chairs, folding table, towels, cooktop, etc).

This was our first van/RV experience and our first time renting with Outdoorsy. Everything was great! My husband, myself and our 2 young kids spent the week traveling around AZ, and we had an absolute blast. This camper van is well stocked and maintained and has all the features you could want/need.
