About Khloe's RV rentals
Hi, Come enjoy our house on the road. I'm Khloe, we are a family of 4. With two young boys, we need to find a way to burn off their energies. One way we love to do it is going on a road trip, hence we got our first RV. We love to do weekend trip around Los Angeles, or weeks long trip to AZ, UT and North CA.

Owners were very responsive, from the initial questions prior to booking, to helping complete the final steps in booking and even during the reservation period. They provided a great, painless experience!

When we arrived to pick up the RV we were told multiple things were broken. These issues were not disclosed ahead of time. The awning we desperately needed for our trip in 100 degree weather was missing, which the owner said was knocked off by a former renter. The screen door had a piece missing that she said had been broken by prior renters. The hole in the screen allowed flys to enter the RV as we cooked and ate our meals. The back queen mattress smelled of cat urine and the cover over the eating area seats and the couch had some sort of dander, which I am highly allergic to. The hygiene during a COVID pandemic was completely unacceptable and and unsafe. My daughter who is a nurse said the inside smelled of vomit, so they decided to sleep in a tent. The 2 out of 4 kitchen drawers were broken and we could not close it causing a tripping hazard for us. One drawers was 1/2 missing. They had left all of their personnel items in the cupboards so I had to move it all out to another cupboard to put our items away. The refrigerator was warm when we arrived and they told us it would not keep our food cold so “you need to bring coolers and ice.” During my trip Khloe texted me on my private number asking me to measure the missing piece for the screen door so she could order it. I do not work for Khloe’s Corporation, Pathwise Properties Inc. Overall the experience was AWFUL!!!! We left a day early from our campground and parked the RV in our driveway the last night. When we returned the RV Khloe told us that Outdoorsy “does not allow awnings,” which an Outdoorsy agent, Mary, said was not true. We tried to resolve our problem requesting a partial refund as Outdoorsy instructed us to do. She said she could not refund any money as Outdoorsy held all the money , which again is not true. Khloe was already paid her portion per Mary at Outdoorsy. We are now involved in a dispute resolution with Outdoorsy and Khloe. Besides a horrible Labor Day trip I now have to spend several hours on this with the dispute resolution team. Make sure your RV has an updated inspection by Outdoorsy and ask if anything is broken or unsafe before agreeing to rent.
