We really enjoyed hiring your van again for the 3rd year running. Wayne is always great.
Could we ask that you refund the amount of $94.50 (10%) off the final account as this has not been completed yet.
We have paid $1, 164.94 and we should of paid $1, 070.44. To prevent this from happening again could we receive a discount code on booking for 2025 so we can put the discount in and not have to follow it up. We have booked again for 2025.

Received the Geist XKlusiv. 535 Found the outside of the van dirty not just dirty but ground in grime. It had not been cleaned properly for some time. Inside of all of the cupboards were full of Dust. Spent an hour or so cleaning the van inside and out before packing our food and clothes inside. On return we cleaned the outside in a wash station for $20. Cleaned it inside again. Disappointing when looking at our bill there is a cleaning charge of $40. At least we handed it back in a better condition than we got it.
Disappointed and frustrated during our 20 day trip with faults on the van. The table kept flying out of it's cupboard while driving. Ended up having to gaffer tape the door shut to avoid damage to the van while driving. Both rear stabilisers were a problem all trip. Had to put a leaver under the left stablilser to wind it back up. The right stabiliser failed after the first day so we did not use it once we got it back up. Water started leaking on the floor when using outside water supply. This happen twice. Water leaking from the line to the water heater under the bed. Stopped using it for most of the trip and just used tank water.
For $120 a night I don't think it was worth it. Brought it back a day early was not reimbursed or offered. Michael did offer a 30% discount if we hired another caravan in the future for all of the problems we had. Would have preferred a discount off the bill for this trip.
On a positive note. The Geist was a great van to tow. It was light and very stable on the open road at speed. My 4 cylinder Nissan navara D40 did it easy.

The van was pretty good but there were a few things that didn’t work/function as they should. Two of the windows wouldn’t stay open and when we used the tap the outside hose was not sealed properly and dripped throughout the night. The storage was good but the double bed uncomfortable. It needs a new mattress. Wayne was great!

Van was comfortable and towed well, staff during pick up and drop off were very friendly and knowledgeable. Van was unfortunately not entirely clean inside when we set up, and also suggest attaching lounge cushions with velco as they slide around in van during transit.
