We found this amazing Mercedes van up fitter and fell in love at first sight. And now we are offering others to experience the joy of private jet luxury while on the open road. The best driving experience ever the van had every thing you need to travel with 3 young kids and5 adults it was awesome next time I'm back in Ohio I'm definitely gonna rent it again!

We rented the sprinter for my daughter’s 13th birthday celebration. The van looked just like it did in all of the photos. It had a ton of amenities and was a smooth ride.
The host worked with us and were very accommodating. They were there for me with any questions and to provide support. We will rent from them again.

What a fabulous experience!!! From the initial contact with Todd & Susie till when our rental ended and they came to pickup their BEAUTIFUL vehicle, everything was top notch! All my friends who traveled in it agreed - this is absolutely the way to travel in comfort. We switched from an RV and we are so glad we did - FAR MORE COMFORTABLE - no comparison. Todd and Susie are PROUD owners who clearly take care of their Sprinter and take pride in delivering a superior product to their customers. They were great communicators and more than willing to answer all my endless questions BEFORE I committed to the rental. The tours and tutorials were perfect and they really cover all the bases to make sure you have a problem and stress free adventure. Thanks Todd & Susie and keep living the Platinum VanLife!

We had a great experience with this rental! Todd and Susie were great to work with! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle, quick with communication, flexible and honest. The Van was very clean and was above our expectations. I would definitely recommend and we will be renting from them again in the future!

My business with Platinum Van Life was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. I contacted Todd and Susie in need of using their amazing van to drive my family (6 adults and 3 teens) to Williamsburg, Virginia for a week. Todd was available for my many questions and very accommodating. On the day of the exchange, Todd and Susie went over everything and showed us all the amenities and it has a lot of them. The van was extremely clean, simple to drive and got great fuel mileage. If you are considering a rental such as this or on the fence, my family and I would tell you, without hesitation, to rent this van and go in “Platinum Van Life” style. It’s a private jet on wheels that is owned by an amazing couple that appreciates family. This review only allowed 5 stars or else I would have rated much higher.

Todd & Susie were such a pleasure to work with!! They were so accommodating to our needs and the van was a joy to drive in! So much room for our 6hour trip for the 6 of us!! It’s a beautiful vehicle with many amenities! Thank you!!
