We had an issue with the RV (as they sometimes have), but Jack and the How We Roll family were incredibly responsive and helpful figuring out the issue. It's nice to know they will have your back when renting from them.

Thank you for a clean and fully functioning unit. Adding a new pull string on the left side of each of the bedroom area window blinds, would allow them to raise and lower properly, completing what was otherwise a great camping experience.

The host was fast at answering all our questions. He was flexible and accommodating. We accidentally gave him the wrong address and he did not get upset. This was our first time camping and we would definitely use this host again!!
