PROS: Natalia was a great communicator. I had lots of questions, and she answered them all very patiently. The "customer service" aspect of the trip was definitely A+. The camper itself was fantastic: spotless, well-equipped, easy to use, and comfortable. It was a little tight for two people but manageable. The delivery portion of the rental was a breeze. The camper was delivered on time and set up for us when we arrived. That was great.
CONS: The motor on the awning was broken, so we didn't get to use it. Given that we wanted to shield ourselves from the Florida sun, that was a little disappointing. Also, the AC worked very well -- but was quite noisy, especially at night.

I don't know where to begin!! We had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the time I booked until now (post trip) the communication and speed which they got back to me was amazing! The trailer was exactly as described and fit our large family perfectly!! We paid for delivery & set up and it was worth every dime!! They did a fantastic job setting everything up to ensure our arrival was stress free which it most definitely was!! The trailer was stocked with amenities well above and beyond what was listed and included some board and card games as well! I simply can't say enough about these folks!! I highly recommend them!! Thank you for setting us up for an amazing and memorable vacation!!

The host was fantastic, very responsive, everything went as wished on their end. No complaints. Id definitely rent from them again. Unit was some worn, but in good shape for sure with a few upgrades for comfort and amenities.

Excellent Thanksgiving vacation! Set up and ready at the scheduled time. RV is very clean and well stocked. We didn't really need anything at all except food and drinks. Perfect size for 3 or more people and in fantastic shape. Really comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. Thanks for making our holiday a pleasant one.

The entire process for renting, taking delivery, and returning the RV was extremely easy and convenient. There was a minor glitch that the owner took full responsibility for and rectified immediately. I can say nothing else, but this company has the highest integrity and dedication to its customer service and I look forward to using them again.

I've been renting from them for five years and have never received anything less than five-star service! The RVs are always in excellent condition with everything you need to keep comfortable. I highly recommend!

We loved The Haven! It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 Littles. Very spacious and the beds, especially the master is very comfortable! When I called about having a firmer mattress, Natalia assured me it was and it was. Best I have slept in a camper to be honest.

Natalia and Kevin were great to work with . We needed an RV for a month because our house wasn’t done being built . We needed it for a few extra days and they let us have it no charge for the couple more days we needed it . They were very easy to get a hold of if you had a question . I definitely give them a five star and would highly recommend using Rent R RV . Susan
