Overall it was a fantastic experience and the assistance, communication, flexibility was 15/10. Just a few mechanical issues we had to work through that were solved shortly.

Jolena and Kim could not have been any more pleasant and helpful. Wonderful before and after. The RV was clean and perfect for two brothers and a nephew to see parts of the country that would have been difficult to see if we had to navigate motels and restaurants. The cost, including insurance was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed this experience! Plenty of sleeping room and what a nice ride from OH to NY. The king bed in the room was very comfortable with plenty of storage space for all our things. Will definitely book again!

Very knowledgable, accommodating, and very quick to finish processing paperwork to get back on the road. Will definitely consider them again in the future and would recommend this RV to anyone looking for a suitable RV for their next camping trip
