The staff was great, but the trailer was average. It may have been "winterized" so that caused some issues, but we got through it fine.

Second year renting and it was the best. Communication was quick and easy. The camper was in tip top shape and ready to go. Drop off was sad I wanted to keep camping but had to go back to the real world. I would definitely recommend this camper and the renter. The camper slept 3 adults comfortably.

Was very happy with buckeye. Easy to deal and communicate with. They are familiar with drop off and pick up at the fest. Will use again.

The only issue we had was on the return. We knew that you are closed on Sunday but was told when we scheduled the rental that we could drop off and place keys in the drop box. When we got there all gets we’re locked and blocked. If we did not know about your location in town we would have had an issue as we do not have a location at our home to park a trailer. I would suggest letting people know about your location and placing a key box there for Sunday drops. Also, maybe an emergency number that will be answered. I called and left messages and emailed but have yet to even have either one acknowledged. The unit was great and we enjoyed it.Thanks

We rented for a week and had a great time. We did have an issue with the battery charging and a few of the fuses going bad. But we managed to change the fuses and got the battery to charge.

Horrible service!!!
On 3/8 Amber Franke and for me the camper I rented was not available and if it was okay with me a comparable/bigger option would be provided. I am formed her that would be fine with me.
On 3/28 Amber for me it would be a keystone bullet which was a larger camper.
On 6/16 I confirmed with Amber again to make sure how many the camper could sleep. She informed me it was A Keystone bullet which was a bigger camper and slept six. Thinking we had a larger camper then we needed I invited a couple that tent camps to join us and our children. This making 6 individuals sleeping in the camper.
On 6/28 I receive my contract with the reservation number 381-0069 stating that I was getting a 2017 sprinter campfire.
When Arriving to Country Concert there was an Imagine 4 sleeper camper. This is not the camper that I originally signed my contract with and I feel this is a breach of contract with your company. When the camper was originally going to be switch from the original camper I selected then I was notified but when I arrived to the campsite and saw the camper that was there after I had made different plans I felt that this was truly unfair and unjust of your company.
I would love to speak to the owner or someone in charge if they would like to speak with me they can reach me at 614-207-2981.
