Had a great time with the RV. James is very accurate and takes good care of his RV's, no problems at all. Definitely not the cheapest. Unfortunately, we incurred an additional cost of 350 USD because a while cap fell of and they could only be bought in a set. So he bought a full new set, although I only lost 1.

The communication was really good from James. He explained how to use the rv properly. But, the Rv is very old and has quite a few interior and exterior issues. Generator part came out on its own. We were charged for that and also one of the curtain came out on its own. We were charged for that as well.

Jim was thorough in his orientation. Systems ran as expected. New tires and recent maintenance. A couple of minor things needed attention (dvd player, missing screen). Jim was quick to respond to any questions during our trip. Overall would definitely rent from Jim again. As advertised, this was a great unit for first-timers and had everything we needed!

James was a great host, and the RV was very clean and maintained. He went out of his way to make himself available if I needed any support. I would rent from him again.

The fridge in the motorhome was not cool. It spoiled 1 of our meals completely. The paperwork in the beginning takes about an hour so be prepared for that. Compared to many motorhomes we have rented it was a step below. The slides were nice though.

It was large and roomy. But the pictures don’t match. This RV is VERY well used and the inside held together by many tack. It was a very rough ride with horrible suspension. The RV seemed to rattle like crazy. The host accused us of damage we did not do.

The pick up and explanation of the RV was easy and thorough. The RV was in great condition overall and the host had lots of experience and tips to pass on. The reservation process and pick and drop off were easy. A few issues came up and we were able to communicate. We would suggest that the host write a few simple instructions down that were the same as his verbal explanation so we wouldn’t have to rely on having cell service or internet to ask a question. We had confusing issues with the fridge and yet it did eventually work. The connection of the waste water hose was challenging, and we figured that out once it was at the right angle. Overall a very fun time. We loved the spaciousness of the RV and the slide out was great.

The host was great, very thorough in the training. The rv was the perfect fit for my family of 8. It was relatively easy to drive.

This was our first experience with a C-class RV, but Jim did a terrific job explaining the operation of the RV. We had a couple of questions, and he was very responsive, resolving the issues promptly. I would say that one of the best features of working with Jim is the outstanding communication. We took the RV to Red Rock RV Park in Idaho Falls, and it was a very clean and well-run RV park.

Jim is excellent to work with and the RV was great. With Jim's automotive background you can feel confident in getting a well maintained and prepared vehicle. I'll definitely rent from him again if the need comes around.
