Easy all around. Host was communicative and the RV was the perfect size for our family of 5 with 3 kids under 7 years old. Easy to drive and figure out the mechanics of ann RV even for a first timer. The staff do a great job of providing guidance as well. For an easy hands off experience you can’t beat these guys.

This was our families first rv outing and Jon was very helpful in getting us situated. He was responsive when we needed assistance and helped us have a smooth pickup and dropoff experience. Overall it was great and the kids loved it. Will use tom nooks again for the next venture, thanks Jon

Unfortunately, I have to leave a poor review due the the host and lack of clear communcation.The RV itself worked great however the host added hundreds of dollars worth of charges after the trip that were not clearly communicated. The host left detailed return instructions, however conveniently forgot to mention some specific instructions that led to large charges. I have to wonder if this was done intentionally to increase their profit. I would be very cautious renting from this company.

Hi David,Your post trip charges were clearly stated pre-trip in your reservation details. We are not sure why you expect to not pay for refueling the RV at the end of your reservation. If we gave you a full tank, it is expected to be returned with one. That is standard with all rentals including car rentals. You also were charged for toll processing and a post trip dump of your waste tanks. Again, we are not sure why you think these services should be free. There is nobody that wants to take care of your waste for free.

This was our first time taking our kids for a weekend on an RV. The vehicle was very nice and drove well. There were some issues such as the sewer hose adapter being broken, and the table inside being broken, but all in all it was a successful weekend.

This RV was perfect for my husband and I and our 4 boys. Each boy had their own space and comfy beds and everyone slept well. Jonathan was amazing to work with and made the entire process very easy. We opted for the pre-walkthrough just to make sure we had a full understanding of the RV and it was very helpful. We will definitely be renting through Tom Nooks RV for our next adventure!

The host was fine, the RV was not in great shape when we got it, there were seat panels on the table seats that fell off about three hours into the trip just from vibration and the generator did not function well, it just quit working at one point entirely, also the the black water tank was 3/4 full when we got it 😐

Hi Barbara,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the trip didn’t fully meet your expectations.Regarding the generator, it was used for over 150 hours during your trip. These generators require regular maintenance, especially during extended use. Unfortunately, because we weren’t informed of the issue during your rental, we weren’t able to troubleshoot or assist — and as a result, we had to cancel the next reservation to make repairs. We always encourage guests to reach out mid-trip so we can help resolve any concerns promptly.

The RV was very comfortable and there were just a couple of small issues, the issues did not impact our travel at all. Communication was very clear, professional and concise. We really enjoyed our time in the RV.

The RV was great and we had an amazing time! It was modern, clean, easy-to-drive and pretty much everything was working perfectly. Really well-equipped vehicle with AC, generator, good house battery, good water storage, hot outdoor shower, etc, and the slide-outs made the space really usable. The kids loved having the bunk beds with the curtains to keep the light out before we went to bed.
