Veronica was amazing in accommodating our last minute rental request. The unit was impeccable when received in terms of cleanliness and was very well stocked with accessories ... everything you will need for your trip. The RV was in tip top shape. Great service, great unit, great rental.

We really enjoyed our first camping trip and the Grand Mars RV was great! It was stocked with the simple essentials needed, plenty of space in the fridge, and having the fold out chairs for the fire pit was very handy! Thank you Veronica :)

What an excellent trailer- there was some prior damage to the trailer -repaired holes- water staining on awnings where it looks like it was put away wet.However very easy process, Veronica and Charl were available when questions were asked or help was needed. Would rent again!

The trailer worked out great! Communication with Veronica was easy and she was always responsive. The trailer had everything you would need. Appreciated the drop off and pick up of the trailer since we didn’t live in the area.

Trailer accommodated my family of 4 very well and helped us enjoy our camping experience. The trailer was set up with everything we needed along with good communication from Veronica. Additionally Veronica showed me how to use the trailer properly and helped me get the trailer hooked up and on the road.

The hosts(Veronica and her husband) were exceptional in coaching me about the ins and outs, the basics of safe set up and departure. All of the supply details had been prepared; utensils, dishes, broom, even the freezer/fridge were cold and ready.
Truly helped make our trip a successful, even though it rained a lot!

Veronica was great. Delivered and set-up trailer quickly. Trailer very clean and kept us dry and cool the whole weekend.

Pros: awning has been broken by the last renter so the trailer owner has offered a big tent so we could stay underneath.Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this trailer for some reasons, so here are the cons:1- The trailer was delivered to us very dirty. There were bed lines with blood and cookies everywhere in the master bedroom. Besides that, the washroom was really filfhy, the toilet had yellow spills of unine, and the floor overall was dirty. Furthermore the whole trailer was smelling like poo which took a day for the smell to go away even though the black water tank was drained and the valve outside was closed.2- The power outlet besides the kitchen sink and the one outside the trailer does not work, making it difficult to turn on any appliances.3- We did not have a privacy curtain in the master bedroom, so we did not have any privacy.4- The curtain at the top bunk bed was missing so was really hard to have some privacy and clarity was coming in.5- BBQ was really dirty so didn’t want to use that.

Veronica was easy to communicate with, set up was quick and professional. We had a small snag with the keys but she corrected this in a timely manner and it was no issue. The RV was as expected and we had a great trip. Would book again!

This is our second time renting from Veronica. The camper was perfect for us. It is clean and well provisioned. Veronica is a pleasure to deal with; easily available and extremely accommodating. We will be back next year!
