The trip was a pretty short one (two nights) to do an overnight run with my daughter. Phillip was very responsive with my short notice messages. Camper was ready on time, clean, with all equipment as advertised and a seemless/quick process to get going. Easy to pull behind my 6cy Jeep Wrangler. The only problem we had was with the AC. Could not get electrical hookup to function. Drop off was easy.

RV was clean, full of fuel and the walk through was good. The videos prior to pick-up helped.

My whole experience from my dear husband surprising me with the RV rental to traveling to the Grambling University football game in Mobile, Alabama to Josh (one of the owners) giving us a ride home (almost an hour away) because the Uber and Lyft kept canceling was amazing. This was our first time renting an RV. I’m not sure how the app worked as I was not involved in that part. I can only speak to the cleanliness of the RV, my husband’s great driving, the space of the RV and both owners being friendly, manner able and welcoming. They too made the experience all the better. If we had the option to rent from them next time we’d definitely select them. The one thing the app did not give us the option to do (or suggest to us) was to drive our own car there, park while we were gone and drive ourselves home upon our return. Outdoorsy should probably add this when available to customers.
