Take a camping trip in this cozy RV that has plenty of inside space with one slide out in the main area. It comes fully equipped from outside shower to outside propane grill. The sound system can be heard in the outdoors and in the comfort of the master bedroom or living room. Everything is electric so no need to manually change anything. It comes with bedding so you don't have to load that up. The kitchen has the essentials to cook in or outdoors. This RV is perfect for a small family and building ever lasting memories. This is also a perfect RV for those who have never gone camping. The ease of set up is great. The A/C makes this place so cold in the summers it will be an oasis to come home to. The ultra lite design of this RV makes the pulling easy on your truck. To make many new memories! Qué incluyeKitchen has basic utensils from knife, cutting board, working refrigerator and freezer, and linens and pillows for the master bed and the pull out couch only.
The queen bed in the master is heated if desired. The other two sleeping arrangements are in the living room. Living room has an inflatable queen mattress and the kitchen table turns into a full size bed where two small children can comfortable sleep in. There is also still room on the floor for another sleeping bag if needed. Also have a RV toilet paper, cleaning supplies for restroom and kitchen. We also have the hoses to dump sewer and connect water to the RV.RecomendacionesWe recommend Clyde Lake for a day at a beautiful lake. We recommend taking your fishing poles should you decide to go there. We also enjoy the Abilene State park and definitely going to their pool if you go to the State Park. Possum Kingdom is a beautiful lake only 3 hours away. The Abilene Expo Center is also nearby and has RV connections you can use while traveling on the rodeo. Otros detalles importantesEven though we welcome pets we do ask you bring your crate for them to stay in when you are gone. . We love our pets but we also know being in a new place alone they can get into things and cause some damage that the owner would be responsible for. A leash will also be required if taking your pet anywhere. We do have a leash in the RV in case you need it. We are also always a call away in case you need any assistance. We do require purchase of the damage protection plan if you will be bringing your pets.

-Follow the Golden Rule " Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Please treat our investment (RV) as if it were yours. If you use it leave it clean, if you break it fix it or pay for it to be fixed. Dump your sewage or have us dump it for you for a fee.
-GPS Installed. No pulling travel trailer any faster than 65 miles per hour. First offense will be warning second there will be a $50 charge taken off your deposit.
-No smoking in the trailer at any time. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to deposit if there is any smoking in the trailer.
-Pets must be in crate if left unattended. Any damages will be charged to the damage protection plan which was required at checkout if bringing pets.
-Cannot travel outside of the state and only 520 miles per day max.
Prohibited for Safety
-Smoking inside RV, leaving children or pets unattended, climbing roof, towing, outdoor festivals
Security-Keep your RV doors locked during transit and when unattended, use hitch lock when disconnected
-Follow all Directions and rules by all authorities
Returning RV
If we must deliver and Outdoorsy did not charge you the delivery fee we charge $50 minimum and $4 per mile after that maximum of 60 miles out.
-Remove personal belongings, wash and dry dishes return to storage, sweep, clean surfaces with cleaner provided, gather dirty linens/washcloths near door, dispose of trash.
We CANNOT guarantee all equipment via electronic or manual will be in perfect working condition ie. fridge, stove, microwave, A/C as they can break and damage suddenly due to many elements such as travel or weather. No refunds will be made due to this but any reasonable accommodations within the owners discretion will be suggested or provided.

I am a woman of many traits and love my husband, 3 boys, and 3 dogs. We just got into RVing and love it so much we wanted to share the joys of this without the hassle of actually owning one.
