We want you to have an amazing trip, and a few ground rules help make that happen for everyone:
No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. Any smoke odor will result in an EXTRA cleaning fee.
Pets
Pets welcome with pre-approval! Please clean up after your furry friend and keep them off the furniture.
Fuel & Propane
RV comes with a full tank of gas and full propane—please return both full, or we’ll charge a refill fee.
Dumping Tanks
Please return with black & gray tanks emptied. If not, a $50 dumping fee will be charged.
Clean-Up
Return the RV in the same clean condition you received it. A standard cleaning fee covers basic cleaning, but excessive messes may incur extra charges.
Driving & Roads
No off-roading or rough terrain. Paved roads and maintained campgrounds only.
Renter must be 25+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
No towing without permission.
