Occupancy: The camper is designed for a maximum of 8 guests. Please respect the stated capacity for comfort and safety. Pets: A pet fee applies for up to two pets. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside, and owners must clean up after them. Any damage or excessive cleaning due to pets will incur additional charges. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the camper. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee will be applied. Campground Etiquette: Be mindful of campground rules and quiet hours. Keep noise levels down, especially during the evening, to ensure a peaceful stay for you and your neighbors. Fire Safety: Only use designated firepits or campfire areas as per campground rules. Always fully extinguish fires before leaving or going to bed. No open flames or fire pits are allowed directly near the camper. Camper Cleanliness: Please keep the camper clean and tidy during your stay. Dispose of trash properly and wipe down surfaces as needed. Return the camper in the same condition as received; if extra cleaning is required, an excessive cleaning fee will be charged. Hook-ups & Utilities: If your site does not have sewer hookups, please be mindful of water usage. The camper's tanks fill quickly, so limit shower and sink usage. Appliances & Equipment: Use all appliances and equipment (grills, stove, fridge, etc.) responsibly. Any misuse, damage, or malfunction must be reported immediately. We are not liable for any accidents resulting from improper use. Check-Out: Check-out time must be strictly adhered to. If the camper is not ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time, additional fees will apply. During the busy season, same-day bookings may occur, so we must pick up on time to respect campground check-out times and ensure smooth transitions between rentals.
