If the rig comes back extremely dirty and you did not clean it at all after your trip, we will hold up to $100 extra from your deposit if we have to do a major clean up.We keep our trailer at an RV storage lot which is only open 9am-5pm every day. This means we need the trailer returned by 4:30pm at the latest, cleaned out of all your stuff so we can do a quick inspection and get it into the lot before 5pm. If you are late, we have to leave the trailer on the street, and we will charge a $100 late fee from your deposit.Pets welcome
