• Bring RV back in the same condition it was given - clean.
• We're sorry but we are highly allergic to pets and smoke. Deep cleaning fee will be applied if pet dander or smoke are detected.
• Completely empty the cassette toilet. $250 fee will be applied if not emptied.
• During pick up, allow 30 minutes for orientation of the RV. When dropping off, allow 30 minutes for walk through and inspection.
• Bring RV back in the same condition it was given - clean.

It was our family’s first time in an RV and we thought it was a great starter RV for beginners. We tried winter camping for the first time in this RV and it was perfect for it. They provided blankets and pillows for us and even a cute s’more kit complete with s’more sticks (which my kids put to use). The host even had an espresso percolator and foam maker in the van, which was such a nice touch! The host couple is very friendly, thorough, and laid back. The camper van was kept very clean, neat, and cozy. My kids (5 and 8) loved traveling in it! We will definitely rent again from this host on our next adVANture!
