A queen bed in the front of the camper with sliding doors for privacy help the parents have space. For rainy days there is a 31" TV and a full length electric awning. This trailer pulls great and weights ~5700lbs empty.There is bedding for the queen bed and a stocked kitchen with plates, cups silver ware, kitchen knives and kitchen utensils (you supply food). The bathroom is also stocked with towels and wash cloths. You may need sleeping bags for the bunk beds/jack knife sleeper.Cleaning fee-$75

Return of unit with excessive dirt. IE: Heavy mud condition.-$50.00
Delivery/Pickup/Setup fee-$250.00--Only upon request
