So there are a few things that I would like the renter to know about the rental not to do in or around the unit, no smoking, no pets,no burning candles, the is no roof access so no climbing.

- Prep fee: 93,00 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Also cover propane refills, and maintaining the outside of unit
