Usage & Driving • No off-road use. The RV must stay on paved or well-maintained roads. • No towing • No climbing on the roof for any reason. • Only drivers approved through Outdoorsy are allowed to operate the vehicle. • Do not drive in high-wind or severe weather conditions. Cleanliness & Care • RV must be returned clean, in the same condition as received (inside and out). • No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, marijuana). A $500 cleaning fee will apply if violated. • No fish cleaning or game processing inside or near the RV. Fuel & Systems • Return the RV with a full fuel tank. A refueling fee will apply if not returned full. • Waste tanks (black and gray) must be emptied before return. A dump fee will apply if not. • Only use RV-safe toilet paper. • Do not overfill the fresh water tank or run the water pump when the tank is dry. Power & Electrical • Do not operate the air conditioner or microwave unless connected to shore power or using the generator. Camping & Parking • Do not park in unauthorized or restricted areas (such as city streets with RV bans or HOA areas). • Follow all campground quiet hours and rules. • Maintain campfire safety. Keep a safe distance between the RV and any open flames or fire pits. Security deposit will be held for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning. Use included leveling blocks on uneven ground.
