MUST SIGN OWNERS’ SUPPLEMENTAL RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PROVIDE COPIES OF ALL DRIVERS LICENSES PLUS COPY OF PERSONAL AUTO INSURANCE COVERAGE PRIOR TO DELIVERY OF THE RV. USE ONLY 87 OCTANE LEVEL UNLEADED GASOLINE IN THE RV GAS TANK. Dry camping is always at your own risk. Emergencies and Breakdowns: Renter is responsible for any charges incurred from an emergency and/or breakdown. Film Production Use: If the RV is used for film production purposes, the Renter agrees to ensure the RV is used within the scope of the project and not subjected to heavy wear or inappropriate use. A separate agreement may apply for productions exceeding three (3) days or requiring extensive use. Training: When you pick up the RV, we will complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV that will take about 30 minutes to 1 hour. This may be provided in video format. No Refunds for Early Returns. Fee for Late Returns or Late Pickups: A fee of $100 per hour will be charged if the RV is returned later than the agreed upon time and has not been purchased as an add-on. Travel Restrictions: No travel is allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, riverbeds, beaches, sand dunes, etc. Driving on a non-paved road inside a licensed RV park is acceptable. Awnings: We DO allow the usage of the exterior awning but advise using caution! This is for your own protection ALSO because they are NOT COVERED by insurance. Generator: Your security deposit may be used for any generator repairs. Rooftop Usage: We do not allow the use of the RV rooftop. Dogs (Pets): You MUST request & get owner approval before allowing a dog in the RV. Cleaning: The RV must be returned with a clean interior and empty black and gray tanks. Smoking: There is NO SMOKING allowed in the RV. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO DRUGS OR PARAPHERNALIA. NO EXCEPTIONS. GPS Tracking: The RV has been equipped with a GPS tracking device for safety. Speed Limit: RV tires are not intended for high speed.
