This camper is the perfect size for a large family!! Plenty of room on the inside with bunks for the children. You will have a large U-shaped dinning table that breaks down into a Queen size sleep area. A jack knife sofa that folds down to a Full size sleep area. 15,000 BTU A/C system that cools very quickly!The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook, pots, pans and utensils. Toaster, built in microwave and coffee maker are included. Silverware, plates and bowls are included. Large pantry and refrigerator.Weight distribution hitch, anti-sway bars, 100ft ext. cord, and 25ft water hose are available upon request.NO Smoking OR Pets!!

Tv was very clean but water circulating pump was inoperable. We were able to get it working after performing some maintenance.

Experience was great! Carl met us there and had the RV set up and waiting for us. Has a lot of room and everything worked well. Highly recommend renting from them.

Great experience overall. Owners were very responsive. Camper was clean, well equipped and spacious for our family of 4. We couldn’t get into the park the first day due to a blizzard but owners were able to deliver early the next day. Definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great clamping experience!
