Our family friendly trailer is available for rent (2 night minimum reservation during high season), with discounts offered for weekly rentals including any optional equipment and/or accessories you choose to include with your rental. We will give you a tour and rundown of how everything works. We intend to upload videos to youtube as well to assist you on the go, and will have QR codes beside items in the trailer for you to scan. Please ask about this, as it is a work in progress!At just over 21 feet in length and a dry weight of 3,300lbs our trailer can be towed short distances by your van* and easily towed by your SUV or light duty pickup truck. It fits into just about any camp site! Our family friendly trailer most comfortably holds 4 guests, featuring a full sized mattress (replaced with a thicker mattress than the original rv size) at the front and twin (single) bunks in the back, each outfitted with bed rails (bed rails are not made for bunk beds and are installed as an extra precaution for peace of mind, please use with caution).**please check your van's towing weight capacity. We do not maintain responsibility for your vehicle's towing capacity and condition. We will only approve short distance bookings if you are choosing to use your van to tow.We also offer negotiable pick up and drop off times with each rental, regardless if you wish to tow the trailer yourself or if you wish to take advantage of our delivery and pick-up option. Please contact us prior to booking to confirm the details of your reservation, and we would be happy to provide you with a quote for your vacation!Qué incluyeAll rentals include all basic regular and children's dishes & cutlery, cooking utensils, including a percolator (stove/campfire top) coffee maker, and toaster & kettle if you are camping anywhere with 30 amp service. Please note that dinnerware and flatware are set up to accommodate 4 people, so if you need more please let us know. Washcloths, towels, ax, BBQ lighter, camping chairs, camping mat, chalkboard front fridge and wall, some children's toys/chalk and board games/cards, and a folding table are all included for your convenience, along with a full propane bottle. A large octoganal play yard as well as children's camping chairs AND a long distance audio monitor are available upon request.
**sheets are NOT included, but if this is a barrier for you, please let us know and we can accomodate.
***Please note as well, there is no bathroom sink in this model. Use either the kitchen sink, or the shower head as needed.We also offer many additional items that can be added to your rental to maximize your experience. Just ask!Inside you will find a regular size microwave, a 2-burner stove with a vented hood fan, a mini refrigerator with ice box that runs off either the battery (battery not made to last longer than two days) or propane, furnace, and an air conditioner for those hot summer days and nights. The AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo with exterior speakers provide you with the perfect setting for a night outside, and the wide awning is simple and quick to unroll and adjust easily for the rain.Depending on both the time and location of your travels, we offer delivery, set up and pick-up service for an additional charge.****For guests that wish to pick up and return the trailer themselves, the trailer has built-in stabilizer jacks that make set-up and levelling a breeze! We do require that your tow vehicle is equipped with a 7-pin wiring harness, electric brake controller, and a receiver with a 2 5/16" ball. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We have some flexibility in regards to pick up and drop off. If we are unavailable for the date, we may not be able to arrange pick up or drop off unless over 24 hours notice is provided (we will have to make alternate arrangements for someone else to be there for you). It never hurts to ask!

What amenities do you have for children?
A.
We provide some toys and books, chalk and a chalkboard front on the mini fridge, magnets and magnet board, board games and card, childrens plates, utensils, and cups, and for the especially littles there are rails in front of the bunks (PLEASE DO NOT STEP ON THESE). A large 8 panel play yard is available upon request, as well as kids camping chairs, and a long range audio monitor.

We are a family of four 👨👩👧👦 (plus 🐱, and roommate, and his 🐕🦺, and sometimes our friends and their toddlers...so a family of 4 to 15 depending on the day. We love community!). We like to explore and appreciate beautiful places. Everywhere seems to have a little bit of beauty in it, so we will just never stop! Ryan and Anne (the parents of this crew), always intended to travel when we retired. As remote work became more plausible we thought - why not now?
