2.0Before we received the RV, Kara was very responsive and answered our questions. Once we received the RV we were surprised by a few things that we were not made aware of. First, the queen-sized bed had a large section cut out of it so that it would fit in the space for the bed. The photos of the bed did not make this obvious. Also - there was no bedding provided, except for a stained mattress cover, which Kara did not make clear on the website. Finally, the toilet malfunctioned such that once it was flushed the lever did not raise on its own, and as a result, water continued to flow causing the toilet to overflow. We were not informed of the need to manually pull the lever back up after flushing. If you decide to rent from Kara, make sure you ask lots of questions.
