This is our personal RV, we do not deliver to festivals, off-road shows (desert) or for tailgating. We also do not rent for housing or long term.
We do not rent our truck or any equipment for towing.Sleeps 6 adults comfortably with one king in the Master and two queen bunks and a small twin size loft in the garage/bunk house.
One full bath with shower and one half bath.
Living room with a 55" TV, DVD player and a large DVD collection, one sectional couch which can also be used for sleeping and love seat that reclines and has a massager.
A fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, microwave, sink, oven and stove top.
A mock fire place in the living room that also provides heat.
We have 3 AC units (also heat), one in the Master, one in the common area and one in the garage/bunk house. If planning on using all 3 you will need to have a 50 amp connection. If you have a 30 amp connection only 2 AC's will work at a time.
If dry camping and the generator will be used we have a 12 gallon fuel tank and allow up to 4 hours of usage per day, additional hours at $3/hour. If additional fuel is needed for generator or fueling station please choose fuel add-on. This is our home away from home, we ask that you treat it as your own.
We do not rent for festivals including off road shows.
We do not allow smoking or vaping in our unit.
We will accommodate pets however, we ask that they are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Any pet clean up will be an additional fee of $50.
We expect the coach to be returned in condition it was left however there is a cleaning fee of $50 added to each rental.
A $100 fee will be added if the tanks are not dumped and cleaned.
