5.0Super helpful and extremely detailed on expectations. There were no guessing games on what to expect when it came to rules, cleaning, and the setup/tear down of all the equipment. Plus they gave many great touring and experience items to go see during our visit.

3.0We rented one RV which was a sprinter van and then it cancelled on us in the middle of our trip. The replacement vehicle was not of an equal caliber and it significantly impacted our trip value and experience. The new vehicle did not have the same features and was uncomfortable to sleep in.
