Are you ready to explore Alaska? This plush, cozy van will keep you warm and dry as you experience the best of Alaska. The rear passenger seat converts to a comfy, full sized bed with space to spare. Pull down shades create privacy. In the cab, you'll find oversized leather seats great for long road trips. Easy to drive and maneuver. Alaska roads and campsites can be tough with oversized RVs. This van is perfect for tight spaces and long drives- great on gas mileage too. Join the Vandemic and experience life on the road in beautiful Alaska!Qué incluyeA mattress pad and clean, fitted sheet are provided along with a small cooler, camp stove, cooking utensils, and water jug. Guests need to supply their own bedding/sleeping bags/stove fuel. 2 camp chairs are provided. Day pass for Alaska parks parking also comes with the van. RecomendacionesIf you are heading south from Anchorage, here are my fave spots:-First stop Girdwood- try the Bake Shop for lunch and if you don't mind standing in line (they don't take reservations), try the Double Musky for the best cajun cuisine under gaudy New Orleans decor. Or go casual for pizza, beer and a game of pool at Chair 5. The Crow Creek mine has a few campsites and porta potties next to a backdrop of lush forest (drive carefully on the road up, please- it isn't well maintained). Further south, you can stop at Summit Lake Lodge for ice cream and lakeside photo ops (don't forget to tag us in your post). If Seward is your destination, Primrose Campground is quiet and cozy with great trails (campgrounds in AK book up fast so make your reservations early). Just past the Sealife Center in downtown Seward is Lowell Point. Millers Landing has a pretty little campground with a bathhouse, showers and laundry facilities (drive carefully on this narrow, gravel road).Heading to the mighty Kenai? Quartz Creek Campground is right on the lake. Campground spots #38, 39, 41 and 43 are lake front with stunning views (book early) at Recreation.gov. A quick stop at Gwin's Lodge is perfect for the best salmon chowder and pie. The new 3 Bears grocery store in Sterling is a great place to stock up. Need a refresh? Stop at Noble's Showers and Laundry just before Soldotna. Is it Wednesday? Soldotna has a great farmer's market each Wednesday in the summer with fresh veggies, local crafts and food trucks- at the village green in town center.Homer on your list? Lots of RV spots at the Heritage and Homer Campground and both have bathrooms, showers, laundry and WiFi- book early especially if you plan to be there on a weekend or holiday (they start taking reservations each year on Jan 1- seriously, that's how early they book up). Enjoy fried halibut at Boardwalk Fish and Chips for lunch or pizza and beer at Fat Olives. Hit up Two Sisters Bakery for fresh bread, coffee and pastries then take a walk down to Bishops Beach to do some beach combing. A visit to the Salty Dawg bar is a must (get a sweatshirt). Drinks at the Lands End hotel bar is a great way to end the evening (watch for sea otters). Otros detalles importantesNo smoking

Amy was great with communication and her van was perfect! I spent 8 days road-tripping in it and couldn’t have been more stoked. Clean, very comfortable, roomy and great on gas.

We had an amazing time in Van Halen (aka Hal) the van! Hal drove great, got awesome gas mileage and was cozy. Amy made pick up and drop off super easy and stress free.

Amy was very helpful and accommodating, and the van was safe, clean, and just as described (even with a few extra useful items!). Would definitely recommend.
