The couch folds into a twin size bed appropriate for two small children or one adult, or folds onto wall for ample space when hauling, table also folds down into twin bed or folds onto wall.
There is a closet with ample room to hang coats and store extra belongings, and there are cabinets above the kitchen as well.
There is a forced air furnace controlled by a thermostat, and the unit is set up for a satellite but there is no tv included.
It has an electric trailer jack which is powered by a marine battery with solar panel hooked up. There is an air conditioner but you will need to bring a 4K generator to use (mine is too small)The unit will be winterized in mid October but there is running water until then.Qué incluye1350w generator

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Trailer pickup : Pickup times can vary based on trips, please contact us beforehand if you have a specific time in mind. Trailer delivery : Noon to 3pm are the times we are able to deliver the trailer to camp sites if you do not have your own way of transporting it. We are flexible on pickup times but ask that it is no later than 5pm. Returning the trailer : Drop off time can vary anytime from 8am to 12pm(noon). If you return the trailer any later than noon, a late fee will be applied.
