3.0Chad and Serena were super nice. The trailer was not clean outside or in. The toilet and bathroom sink were clean, but that was all. It felt like we were the first ones to rent it this year as all surfaces were dirty, wet wipe was black when I ran it over surfaces and sink had stains in it. The hot water valves were not opened so my husband had to get on his hand and knees to locate them in a closet and turn them on. The trailer smelled musty and old, which it was. All the drapes and shades were closed so itbwas dark and jard to see much before we left with the trailer. The pros were that it has a great layout and towed really well behind our half ton truck. Chad was responsive to my messages notifying him of issues.
