I had a great experience with Liza and Ruby and it was a great car to rent! Tent was incredible sturdy and surprisingly conformable — I got lower back issues and usually it’s pretty easy to tell when my sleep is suboptimal but in this tent it was great and I didn’t have any pain at all. Also, it has black out curtains so I didn’t even need my sleep mask. I think for the first Alaska camping experience it was the right choice since sleeping on the ground with all the bears around would be definitely a bit sketchy for the first time. I hope Liza and Ruby could also come up with some sort of attachable tarp for this car — I think it was the only thing that I was truly missing with all the Alaska rains. And maybe some very simple strings lights for the tent!

Everything was wonderful and we had a great Alaskan adventure in Forget-Me-Not. The only thing that could have been improved upon was the mattress needed a little extra padding. Liza went out of her way to make our rental very easy- delivering to our family's home, meeting us at the airport for drop-off , well-equipped camping vehicle, even a 2023 copy of Milepost in the glovebox! We would definitely rent from Liza again. Thanks so much for a great rental experience!

Easy set up. Comes with all the equipment you need. Liz was super nice! She went out of her way to meet us at pick and drop off. Great adventure!

This setup is THE way to visit Alaska! The truck is awesome and basically brand new, the tent is incredibly easy to set up and very comfortable, and Liza and Ruby have provided all the gear you could need. You gotta have a car to see Alaska, and this is a way better (and more affordable) option than renting an RV or renting a car + a bunch of AirBnbs. Plus, Liza and Ruby had tons of great recommendations for restaurants and hikes. They couldn't have been more kind and accommodating! 6 Stars
