Your vehicle must have a towing capacity of up to 10,000 lbs. To pull you Must have a vehicle with a Class III (or better) receiver. You Must have a 7-way trailer connector installed on your vehicle and electric trailer brake controller, rental includes use of my weight distribution hitch system, which will be explained upon pickup. Electric tongue jack so there is no manual cranking, the stabilizers are manual, but I will include a drill and the appropriate sockets to make setup a breeze.
You do have the option of having me deliver and setup for a fee which is a much easier option for many, setup fee will be deducted from deposit after your trip is completed.-Set up and delivery available for fee, $175 within 50 miles, additional mileage rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis.Rental Fee includes leveling blocks, flexible sewer line, water line, 50-amp electrical cable and 30-amp adapter, 1 full connected propane tanks, and linens for each bed and towels for 4.NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above. Many of these items can be included if you just ask, anything I can do to make the rental as convenient as possible.Qué incluye-Renters are responsible for their own reservations at the campground of their choosing. I will be glad to help, but for legal reasons you are required to have the campsite in your name.
