•An excessive cleaning fee of $150 applies if the camper is returned in any condition other than how it left, cleanliness-wise.
• If you will be more than 30 minutes late to pick up or return your camper, please contact me in advance. After 30 minutes with no contact, a $100 late pick-up/drop off fee applies.
• Please return the camper with the items that it left with. All rentals include sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows, pillowcases, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, a coffee maker, cups, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, a power cord for the unit, and all required hoses for water and sewer (if applicable). Failure to return the unit with missing items will result in replacement fees being deducted from the security deposit.
