He provided a thorough walk-through on where everything was and how to use all the features. 5.0Ryan was very good at communicating prior to the trailer delivery and was flexible with delivery. The rv was in great condition so we were completely comfortable with pulling it a distance. The unit was well stocked with necessities and extras. Ryan and Casey were really nice to work with.
