There is a surcharge of $25 per hour for arriving past checkout if an arrangement has not been made with the owner(s).Any damage done to the rig will be taken out of your deposit. Although some wear and tear, as well as debris, are expected, any excessive damage or that requires extra cleaning will have to be charged to the renter(s). Usually at a rate of 25-45 per hour for cleaning, and/or an estimate from a repair company depending on the severity of the damage.
