5.0We had an excellent experience with Jackson RV. The trailer we rented was super clean and worked great. They answered questions promptly. They went above and beyond when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the rv when our kid was taking a nap inside and they sped right over with the spare key so we could get in. Would rent from them again for sure, especially with customer service like that. A+
