Great host and camper! We had a wonderful family trip to Santos in Ocala. Brian had the RV clean and ready to go with clean linens, towels and cookware. We will definitely rent again in the future!

The Rv was clean and everything worked as listed, owner was friendly and accommodating. Communication was easy and quick and he was helpful with answering any questions I had. Would rent again!

Absolutely the best family to book from! Brian and his wife were AMAZING! Can’t say enough about the weekend trip - it was made so stress free with their FANTASTIC customer service and friendliness! Totally exceeded our expectations of “camping!” Great little camper. Can’t wait until Feb for my next mini vacation.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Absolutely! Before turning on the water heater please remember to purge the water system of ALL AIR. Turning on the water heater without priming first can result in damage of the heating element and NO HOT WATER which let's be honest...isn't very fun. The purge valve can be located on the outside front left compartment labeled water heater. A demonstration will be provided during the walkthrough.
Q.Do you provide any anti sway hitch?
A.
An E2 antisway tow hitch will be provided to those who wish to tow Water Bear to their destination. While these systems help prevent sway, moderating speed and good driving habits are the best way to prevent any sway related accidents. During the walkthrough we will provide instruction on how to use the antisway system.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
A 30 amp connection with quick disconnect surge protection is provided with every trip. RV sites vary based on need so please be sure to book a site with 30 amp service. Connecting to water is easy. Just use the provided hose to connect to your water source and then connect to the pressure regulator. A black/gray tank hose will also be provided. Demonstrations on how to used this equipment will be provided during the walkthrough.
